AlbaNova University Center in Stockholm is a collaborative initiative between the Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University, focusing on research and education in physics, astronomy, biotechnology, and bioinformatics. It houses the Nordic Institute for Theoretical Physics and the House of Science, which promotes public engagement with modern research. The campus, built on the historic site of the former Roslagstull Hospital, features several preserved hospital buildings and boasts a main structure designed by Henning Larsen, recognized as Stockholm's most beautiful building in 2001.
