Jesselton Quay

Jesselton Quay is an ambitious mixed-use development in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, set to be completed in 2028. This vibrant waterfront project, inspired by Shanghai's Xintiandi, aims to blend local heritage with modern urban energy. With a total investment of MYR1.8 billion, it features a shopping and entertainment center, hotels, and office spaces, making it the largest city project in Sabah. The first phase, Jesselton Quay Central, was completed in 2021 and includes a 33-storey building and an 8-storey office lot. The second phase will introduce Q Suites and a heritage street mall, contributing to the transformation of Kota Kinabalu into a metropolitan hub.
