Heath Hall

Heath Hall, a Grade II listed house located on The Bishop's Avenue in Barnet, North London, was built in 1910 and showcases the opulent architectural style of the Edwardian period. Originally known as East Weald, it served as the London residence of sugar magnate William Park Lyle. Designed by notable architects Henry Victor Ashley and Winton Newman, the house features a striking 'H' shape, red brick construction, and a green slate roof, with influences from the Arts and Crafts movement and Scottish Baronial architecture. Spanning 27,000 sq ft and set in 2.5 acres, it boasts luxurious amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a home cinema, and a wine cellar. Over the years, Heath Hall has undergone various ownerships and renovations, most notably by property developer Andreas Panayiotou, who invested £40 million in its restoration. The estate has attracted high-profile residents, including Justin Bieber, who rented it during his UK performances.
