The Marin

The Marin, originally known as the Marine Midland Trust Company Building, is a historic 17-story Renaissance Revival highrise located in downtown Buffalo, New York. Completed in 1913, it served as the headquarters for Marine Midland Bank until the bank relocated to the taller One Seneca Tower. The building is situated in the Joseph Ellicott Historic District and has recently undergone revitalization efforts under new ownership, with plans to convert the top floors into condominiums, establish a banquet facility, and introduce a boutique hotel. Visitors can explore its architectural beauty and enjoy events hosted in its newly named Admiral Room.
