Ponce de Leon Apartments

The Ponce de Leon Apartments is a historic landmark located in midtown Atlanta, Georgia, at the intersection of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue. Built in 1913 by the George A. Fuller Company and designed by architect William Lee Stoddart, this 11-story building was once considered 'the South's most luxurious apartments.' It features a unique curved façade and was home to Atlanta's first penthouse. Over the years, the building transitioned from luxury apartments to condominiums and was designated a Landmark Building in 1993. Visitors can explore its rich history and architectural significance as part of the Fox Theatre Historic District.
