David H. Koch Hall of Fossils - 'Deep Time' renovation

The David H. Koch Hall of Fossils-Deep Time at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History reopened in 2019 after a multi-year renovation. The gallery reorganized the museum’s paleontology installations into a global narrative of life on Earth and features hundreds of fossil specimens and mounted skeletons, including a Tyrannosaurus rex cast. The exhibition is a permanent gallery within the museum’s rotunda-level exhibition spaces.
