Le Sir George Simpson is a luxurious condominium complex located in Quebec, Canada, known for its high-end private offices and apartments. Completed in 2010, it was developed by Rene Lépine Sr. and features some of the most expensive apartments in the region, with prices exceeding $1,500 per square foot. The building was notable for being the first in Montreal to surpass $1,000 per square foot in sales. During its pre-construction phase, buyers had the unique opportunity to customize their units, leading to prices ranging from $1 million to $5.2 million. The building sold out in 2011 at record prices and gained further fame when American actress Jennifer Lawrence resided there while filming a movie in 2016.
