Rossie Priory

Rossie Priory is a stunning country house and estate located in Perthshire, Scotland, just 9.6 miles from Dundee. Designed in the Regency Gothic Style by architect William Atkinson in 1807, it served as the seat of the Kinnaird family. The estate spans approximately 2000 acres, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens, parklands, and an arboretum. Notable monuments include the remains of Moncur Castle and a Pictish cross slab. The estate is rich in sporting history, being home to the second oldest Scottish cricket club and connections to early photography. In 2021, the estate was put up for sale, marking a significant moment in its long history as the Kinnaird family seat.
