Blind Whino SW Arts Club - mural-covered former church

Blind Whino SW Arts Club occupies a 19th-century brick church building that was repurposed into an arts venue and painted with large-scale exterior murals as part of an arts activation project. The colorful facade and indoor gallery programming turned a formerly unused property into a community arts space, but its location in Southwest DC near the waterfront makes it less prominent than downtown museums. The organization hosts exhibitions, performances, and community events in the converted church.
