Denver Coliseum - long-standing arena for concerts and events

The Denver Coliseum opened in 1951 and has been used for concerts, rodeos, trade shows, and other large events since its opening. Its size and central location made it a frequent stop for touring acts through the latter half of the 20th century and into the 21st. The Coliseum remains part of Denver's history of large-scale live entertainment.
