Bagdad Theatre

The Bagdad Theatre on Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard opened in the 1920s as a Spanish-style movie palace and entertainment venue. It retains a distinctive atmospheric interior and neon marquee and has been adapted to host films, live music, and community events. The building is a long-standing cultural landmark in Portland’s southeast corridor.
