Grant–Humphreys Mansion (home of Governor James B. Grant)

The Grant–Humphreys Mansion was built as a residence for James Benton Grant, the third governor of Colorado, and was later owned by the Humphreys family. The Beaux-Arts mansion is a documented example of early 20th-century Denver elite domestic architecture and has been used for public events and functions. It retains historic interior features and is part of Denver's Capitol Hill historic fabric.
