Cadillac Centre

The Cadillac Centre was a proposed mixed-use complex in downtown Detroit, Michigan, designed by architect Anthony Caradonna. Planned to feature two 24-story towers atop a 12-story base, the development aimed to connect with the historic 40-story Cadillac Tower. With an estimated cost of $150 million, it was intended to include upscale residential units, retail, and entertainment spaces, facing the vibrant Campus Martius Park. Although approved in 2008, the project was indefinitely put on hold due to economic challenges, leaving a significant mark on the vision for Detroit's urban landscape.
