Painted Ladies at Alamo Square

The row of Victorian houses known as the "Painted Ladies" at 710–720 Steiner Street faces Alamo Square Park and is one of San Francisco's most photographed residential blocks. The houses were built in the late 19th century and gained wider recognition from their appearance in the opening credits of the television series Full House. Locals frequently picnic in Alamo Square Park to enjoy views of the Painted Ladies with the city skyline behind them.
