RodeoHouston (Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo)

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, commonly called RodeoHouston, is held annually on the NRG Park complex in late winter and combines professional rodeo performances with judged livestock exhibitions and scholarship auctions. The rodeo program includes events such as bull riding, barrel racing, team roping and steer wrestling, and livestock are exhibited and judged in multiple classes. The non-profit event draws hundreds of thousands of attendees each year and is organized to fund educational scholarships and youth agricultural programs.
