Greany Building

The Greany Building, located at 1270–1288 Pleasant Street in Fall River, Massachusetts, is a historic mixed-use structure notable for its vernacular late Victorian commercial style. Constructed in 1891 for Thomas Greany, it originally housed a dry goods retail operation on the first floor and 15 residential units above. The building is recognized as one of Fall River's finest surviving 19th-century commercial buildings and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
