Footprint Center is an indoor arena in downtown Phoenix that serves as the home arena for the NBA's Phoenix Suns and the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury. The venue originally opened in 1992 as America West Arena and has undergone several name changes and renovations. It is a primary sports and entertainment anchor in the downtown Phoenix entertainment district.
