Old Post Office Pavilion (Penn Quarter)

The Old Post Office building was completed in 1899 as Washington's main post office and is notable for its Romanesque Revival architecture. Its 315-foot clock tower includes a public observation deck operated by the National Park Service, offering views across downtown D.C. The building has been reused for commercial and hospitality purposes while retaining its historic exterior and central downtown location.
