Bailey Allinder House

The Bailey Allinder House, located at 301 Skyline Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, is a historic single-story L-shaped structure built between 1948 and 1949. This unique house showcases a transition from Minimal Traditional to Ranch style architecture, incorporating Rustic elements reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright's designs. Constructed from sandstone and fieldstone, it reflects the architectural evolution of the neighborhood. The house was home to Bailey Allinder, an auto mechanic, and his wife, a piano teacher. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 27, 2002, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in mid-20th century American architecture.
