The Beacon (Cleveland)

The Beacon is a striking residential skyscraper located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, standing at 350 feet tall with 29 floors, including 19 floors of modern one- and two-bedroom suites and a rooftop lounge. Completed in late 2019, it marks a significant development in the city's resurgence, being the first new residential high-rise in the central business district since 1974. Designed by the Cleveland firm Westlake Reed Leskosky and Boston's NADAA, its unique façade features colorful, interchanging metal panels that beautifully reflect sunlight, making it a notable landmark in the skyline.
