Gustmeyer House

The Gustmeyer House, located in central Copenhagen, is a historic Neoclassical building completed in 1796, designed by Johan Martin Quist. It is notable for being the birthplace of Nobel Prize-winning physicist Niels Bohr. The property has a rich history, originally consisting of two separate properties and undergoing various ownerships, including that of the textile merchant Anders Ancher and the businessman David B. Adler. Today, it houses McKinsey & Company and stands opposite Christiansborg Palace, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers interested in Danish history and architecture.
