Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall (Paramount Theatre building)

The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall opened in 1928 as the Paramount Theatre and is a restored 1920s movie palace and performing-arts venue. Its ornate interior and historic theater architecture have made it a long-standing landmark for concerts, dance, and theatrical performances in Portland. The hall is the principal venue within the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts performing-arts complex.
