Brizendine House

The Brizendine House, built around 1870, is a historic home located in downtown Austin, Texas. This vernacular limestone structure showcases the lifestyle of a late 19th-century working middle-class family and features Victorian architectural influences. It was constructed by John R. Brizendine, an influential local carpenter, and remained in his family until 1928.
