Perot Museum of Nature and Science

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science opened its current downtown building in 2012 and was designed by architect Thom Mayne. The museum features permanent and rotating interactive exhibits on topics including paleontology, earth sciences, engineering, and human biology, along with educational programs for schools and families. It is a frequent host for public lectures, science-themed cultural events, and community outreach initiatives.
