KOIN Center (downtown mixed‑use tower)

KOIN Center is a 35-story mixed-use tower completed in 1984 that anchors the west end of downtown Portland's central business district. The building combines office space, retail, and a hotel and is identifiable by its stepped massing and rooftop mechanical crown. It historically housed broadcast facilities for the KOIN television station and remains a prominent high-rise in the city's skyline.
