NATO headquarters

The NATO headquarters, located in Haren, Brussels, Belgium, serves as the political and administrative center of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization since 1967. Originally established in London in 1949, the headquarters moved to Paris in 1952 before settling in Brussels due to France's withdrawal from NATO's Military Command Structure. The current complex, inaugurated in 2017, features modern architecture symbolizing interconnectedness and collaboration among member states. With 250,000 m2 of office space and a staff of 3,800, the headquarters is easily accessible from central Brussels and is a hub for international diplomacy and military coordination.
