400 Central is a striking residential building currently under construction in St. Petersburg, Florida, standing at 515 feet tall. It will be the tallest residential structure in the Tampa Bay area upon completion in 2025. The building features a unique stadium-shaped design and is situated at the bustling intersection of Central Avenue and 4th Street.
