Scott House (Kingstree, South Carolina)

Scott House, also known as the Scott-Hauenstein House, is a historic home in Kingstree, South Carolina, built around 1843. This two-story frame building features a distinctive 'Carolina' porch and is notable for being the oldest house on-site in Kingstree. Constructed by Joseph Scott, a prominent planter and politician, the house showcases classic Southern architecture with its weatherboard exterior and brick foundation.
