B.P. John Administrative Building

The B.P. John Administrative Building, located on the former Marylhurst University campus in Oregon, is a historic structure designed by Joseph Jacobberger and completed in 1929. Once the heart of the university, it featured a variety of facilities including an auditorium, cafeteria, chapel, classrooms, gymnasium, library, and even a swimming pool. Notably, Wiegand Hall, a 100-seat music venue, was added in the 1990s, and the chapel underwent renovations in 2013. Although Marylhurst University closed in late 2018, the building remains a significant landmark reflecting the educational heritage of the area.
