This 2+1⁄2-story structure features a steel frame, brick facade in Flemish bond, and limestone trim, topped with a distinctive truncated hip roof. Visitors can admire the elegant lobby, adorned with colorful marble floors and a significant mural depicting a Revolutionary War skirmish, painted by Ross Moffett in 1937.
