Rumph House

The Rumph House, located at 717 Washington Street in Camden, Arkansas, is a historic Victorian home built in 1874, originally inhabited by Dr. Junius Bragg, a Confederate Army surgeon. The house underwent significant renovations in 1925 during the Arkansas oil boom, transforming it into a Craftsman-style residence with distinctive features such as wide eaves and stuccoed gable ends. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, the house has been maintained and improved by its current owner, Thomas Holt, who added a sunroom and deck in 2014, ensuring its historical significance continues to be appreciated by visitors and researchers alike.
