Gatke Hall

Gatke Hall, located on the Willamette University campus in Salem, Oregon, is a historic Beaux Arts building originally constructed in 1903 as a post office. It was moved to the university in 1938 and served as the law school until 1967. The building features a sandstone exterior, original marble flooring, and intricate woodwork, reflecting its architectural significance. Named after a long-serving political science professor, Gatke Hall now houses an exercise science lab and IT offices, making it a blend of history and modern academic use.
