Institute of Texan Cultures (HemisFair '68 Texas Pavilion)

The Institute of Texan Cultures was constructed as the Texas pavilion for HemisFair '68 and opened in 1968 to showcase Texas history and cultural diversity. The building and institution have been affiliated with the University of Texas at San Antonio and have housed exhibitions and programs interpreting the state's ethnic and cultural heritage.
