Edemar

Edemar, also known as the Stifel Fine Arts Center, is a historic house located in Wheeling, West Virginia. Built between 1910 and 1914, this Classical Revival mansion features a striking facade with a full-width portico supported by Corinthian columns. The property includes a carriage barn, a fish pond, and a formal garden, making it a picturesque site for visitors. The Stifel family lived in the house until 1976, after which it was donated to the Oglebay Institute. Edemar was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, highlighting its architectural and historical significance.
