Copley Symphony Hall (former Fox Theatre)

Copley Symphony Hall was built in 1929 as the Fox Theatre and later adapted to serve as the home venue for the San Diego Symphony. The building is a well-preserved example of an early-20th-century movie palace and downtown theatre architecture and has undergone restoration to accommodate orchestral performance while retaining historic design elements. It remains a principal performing-arts landmark in downtown San Diego.
