Assassination of President John F. Kennedy (Dealey Plaza)

On November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was fatally shot in Dealey Plaza while his motorcade passed the Texas School Book Depository. Investigations concluded shots were fired from the sixth-floor window of the depository building. The Texas School Book Depository building at this address is now home to The Sixth Floor Museum, which documents the assassination and its aftermath.
