Sigma Alpha Epsilon Chapter House of Miami University

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon Chapter House, also known as Sulgrave Manor, is a historic fraternity house located in Oxford, Ohio, built between 1937 and 1938. This Tudor revival style building, designed by architect Russell S. Potter, was inspired by the ancestral home of George Washington in England. It features a striking asymmetrical facade, stone arches, and a hip roof with dormers. The house was dedicated during homecoming in 1938 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. It serves as a significant landmark for both tourists and researchers interested in collegiate history and architecture.
