Inn on the Park

The Inn on the Park was a luxury hotel in North York, Ontario, opened in 1963 by the Four Seasons Hotel chain. It was notable for its upscale amenities, including Olympic-sized pools and Canada's first disco, Café Discotheque. The hotel hosted numerous celebrities and significant events, including a visit from Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. However, after a tragic fire in 1981 and changes in the Four Seasons brand, the hotel declined and was eventually sold and repurposed. The original structure was demolished in 2006, and the site has since been redeveloped into a conference center and a car dealership, while retaining some historical elements.
