The Jacksonville Landing (riverfront marketplace demolished)

The Jacksonville Landing was a riverfront festival marketplace on the St. Johns River that opened in 1987 and served as a civic and entertainment hub for decades. It closed in 2019 amid redevelopment plans and the complex was demolished in 2019–2020. The site hosted concerts, restaurants, and public events and was a notable downtown destination until its removal. Plans for redevelopment of the riverfront parcel have been discussed by the city and private developers.
