Hegnslund, formerly known as Tipperary, is a historic summer residence located in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, Denmark, approximately 15 km north of Copenhagen. Built between 1914 and 1915 for Frederik Hegel, the CEO of Gyldendal, the house showcases the architectural design of Henning Hansen and interior decorations by Valdemar Andersen. The property has a rich history, originally serving as a horse training ground before being transformed into a family summer home. It is notable for its unique architectural features, including charred vertical board siding and a striking interior hall with a double high ceiling. Hegnslund is protected as a historical building and has been repurposed as a wine store and showroom, making it an interesting stop for tourists and researchers alike. The site also has cultural significance, having been featured in the 1945 film 'Mens sagføreren sover.'
