Cienfuegos Yacht Club

The Cienfuegos Yacht Club, established in 1918, is a historic yacht and social club located in Cienfuegos, Cuba. It was created to host regattas in Cienfuegos Bay and to represent the city in competitions across Cuba. The club features a sailing center, an outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts, making it a hub for various athletes, including those in rowing and track and field. Notably, the club participated in the 1926 National rowing regatta in Philadelphia and represented Cuba in the 1959 Pan American Games. Today, the building has been transformed into a restaurant known as Club Cienfuegos, offering visitors a glimpse into its rich maritime heritage.
