Tocaland

Tocaland is a historic plantation house located in Fairfield County, South Carolina, built around 1854. This charming 1.5-story Greek Revival style dwelling features a distinctive raised basement and an impressive front facade with four 8-foot high stuccoed granite piers supporting a pedimented porch. The porch is adorned with paneled wooden pillars and pilasters, making it a notable example of antebellum architecture. Tocaland was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
