Ryman Auditorium – former home of the Grand Ole Opry

Originally built as the Union Gospel Tabernacle and completed in 1892, the building was later renamed for businessman Thomas G. Ryman. It served as the home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 to 1974. Today the Ryman operates as a concert venue and offers daily tours highlighting its musical and civic history.
