3 Civic Plaza, also known as 3 Civic Tower, is a striking mixed-use complex located in the Whalley/City Centre neighbourhood of Surrey, British Columbia. Opened in 2018, it stands at 157.3 meters (516 ft), making it the tallest building in Surrey. This modern development features luxury residences, an Autograph Collection hotel, office spaces, retail outlets, and the Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Civic Plaza campus, which occupies the first five floors.
