Black Cat (14th Street music venue)

Black Cat opened in 1993 and is an independent music venue on Washington's 14th Street corridor. The club contains two performance spaces, the Mainstage and the Backstage, and has hosted numerous local and national indie, punk, and underground artists. It is widely regarded as a longstanding pillar of DC's alternative music scene.
