Bosmal City Center

The Bosmal City Center is a striking skyscraper in Sarajevo, standing at 118 meters, making it the second tallest residential building in the Balkans. This impressive structure features a mix of residential apartments and various amenities, including restaurants, salons, and shops, catering to both locals and visitors. Developed by the Bosnian firm Bosmal, the project represents a significant investment of €120 million and is noted as the largest direct foreign greenfield investment in the country. The center not only showcases modern architecture but also highlights the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of its founders, who returned to Bosnia after emigrating during the war.
