Robert Harper Building

The Robert Harper Building, also known as Jebsens, is a heritage-listed structure located at 49 Phillimore Street in Fremantle, Western Australia. Built in 1890 during the gold boom, this two-storey building showcases the Inter-War Stripped Classical architectural style. Originally serving as a manufacturing and distribution hub for Robert Harper and Co., it has transitioned to office space over the years. The building suffered significant fire damage in 1922 but was restored and recognized for its historical value, being classified by the National Trust in 1974. Visitors can appreciate its historical significance and architectural features in the vibrant Fremantle West End Heritage area.
