Hills Building

The Hills Building is a historic high-rise office structure in Syracuse, New York, completed in 1928 and designed by architect Melvin L. King. Standing at 56.7 meters (186 ft) with 12 floors, it is notable for its blend of Art Deco and Gothic Revival architectural styles. The building features striking vertical façades, intricate Gothic detailing, and decorative Zodiac signs, making it a prominent part of the Montgomery Street–Columbus Circle Historic District. Originally owned by real estate magnate Clarence Hills, it remains a significant landmark in Downtown Syracuse.
