Casa Hidalgo

Casa Hidalgo, also known as the Rafael Enriquez House, is a historic heritage house located in Bagac, Bataan, Philippines. Originally built in 1867 in Quiapo, Manila, by architect Felix Roxas y Arroyo, it showcases Spanish Colonial architecture with a ground floor of adobe stones and a hardwood second floor. The house served as the home of painter Rafael Enriquez, who became the first director of the School of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines. After surviving World War II and undergoing various transformations, the house was relocated and restored, preserving its architectural features and historical significance.
