Van Riper House

The Van Riper House is a historic Bergen Dutch sandstone structure located in Nutley, New Jersey, built in 1708. Once owned by ITT Corporation in the 20th century, it served as a residence and offices for executives. In 2001, the building and surrounding land were transferred to the municipal government and leased to a nonprofit for restoration and preservation, making it a significant site for those interested in history and architecture.
